Guacamole dip is not only the most refreshing and beautiful-looking dip but also it is so a flavorful and a filling snack. Have you ever had Chipotle Guacamole and chips? This could be an absolute replica of Chipotle Guac Recipe.

My kids love this guacamole dip with tortilla chips. It is very easy to make it as an after school snack or served as an appetizer.

Here are the things you need for a very healthy snack.

One ripe Avocado

>1 Tbsp of finely chopped tomato, you can add Roma tomatoes if you like.

>1 Tbsp of finely chopped red onion

>1 tbsp of finely chopped fresh cilantro

>1/2 tsp of finely diced green jalapeno pepper without seeds (Optional)

>Just a tiny squeeze of lime juice.

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

How to make Guacamole Dip

First, cut the avocado in half. Scoop out guac with the help of a spoon and remove the seed. Lightly mash the avocado and add all chopped vegetables. Just mix everything together and then add salt and pepper as per your taste. Squeeze a dash of lime juice or lime juice whatever you have available.

I do eyeball all the ingredients, you can increase or reduce the amount of any veggie you want. Once all ingredients are nicely mixed, it’s ready to serve.

Just have everything chopped beforehand except the avocado. once you are ready to serve. Do not let it sit for long hours before serving. The dip might change its color pretty quickly (Green to Brown) due to the oxidization process, however, adding lime would slower the oxidization process.

Enjoy it with your favorite Tortilla Chips. I get mine from Aldi and they taste just awesome with Guac. You can get any type of tortilla chips you like.

This is my kids’ favorite dip. You can skip adding jalapeno peppers if your kids cannot handle spice. Although my kids don’t anything spice and they do just fine with this dip even if there is pepper in there.

However, it is optional you can skip it all together. If it is for adults, always deseed and do not add too much. It is just going to add a little spice in there.

For grown-ups, I serve guacamole dip with pickled jalapenos on the side and top it with Mexican style thinly grated cheese. This taste incredible too.

You definitely got to try this.
